Description

With Virtual PBX, your company will be able to effectively organize telephony: set up receiving calls to a single multi-channel number, voice greeting and call distribution, analyze call statistics and record conversations.

Thanks to the mobile application, the main functions of the Virtual PBX are available on your smartphone, and you can use them at any time, even outside the office.

Mobile app functionality:
access to call history and records (searchable by customer number or employee name);
listening to recordings of conversations;
convenient summary of calls (accepted, made and missed at the moment);
viewing statistics for any period;
setting up rules for receiving calls and forwarding calls;
creating and editing departments;
adding new VATS users.

Install the PBX Viva-MTS mobile application, enter the login and password for your personal VATS account and control the company's calls in real time.
