I’ve used the service 3 separate times and it has been quick, well communicated, and delivered as promised. The log-in transfers has gone seamlessly each time as well.

The only deficit that I’ve seen is that on my most recent request when booking through the app, I didn’t receive the order form where you provide your platform and user names. I assumed this had been captured on my profile, but ended up providing it through chat.

A benefit of the app is that it will send you notifications when your Pro sends you messages which is a great feature when working through requests or detailing your needs

These people have not provided the service I purchased of 4 coaches for 1 hr. Instead they continuously delayed the service time from 2 hrs from purchase to days later then made me wait hours, and finally, with only 17 minutes of gameplay(proven by me to support with support agreeing) and ended the session. I did not receive my 1 hr of service paid for nor did I receive a refund agreed by the support after agreeing to my service being incomplete. My bank has also taken involvement and is treating the matter as a scam. They have literally been blackmailing me for the last week withholding the refund for an incomplete service, all because they want me to remove my factual review of this occurrence. Do not participate in any “business” with sky coach at all as they are just scammers. You have been warned through my true ordeal with my first and only order of 40$ don’t give them a dime please learn from my mistakes. You won’t see a thing nor will u be sane with the ever long support prolonging everything. They switch supports every 3 hrs in the same chat and conveniently hold you for 4 hrs for a small issue of your “pro” out right ghosting you, to have your service delayed again, and again. But each delay takes literally 4 hours of manual communication with their slow support so you just end up with nothing days after paying when quoted it would take 2 hours to find the pros for your service. Hello! We’re sorry your experience didn’t meet expectations. While your session did start, we recognize it fell short of the full hour and agreed a refund was appropriate. That refund was never denied - only paused due to conflicting actions while it was being processed. We never ask anyone to remove honest feedback, only to allow fair resolution first. We're still happy to finalize the refund if you reach back out.

I placed an order for priority service at a $20 premium didn’t hear back for multiple hours despite the site saying the time to start was 30 minutes. I got cold feet because I realized I wanted to grind the game with my friends and decided to cancel the order. At every interaction they have tried to offer alternatives instead of cancelling the order. I can understand them trying to keep the business and I was understanding the first time. Irritated the second time they tried and exasperated at the third attempt. Even the accounting department instead of refunding my order asked for my platform. At a certain point this becomes less charming and feels more like a scam. I have yet to receive confirmation of my refund 24+ hours later. I am not confident they will or can refund the order.

Again I want to reiterate that I never used them so maybe the service is great but not having a system for order cancellations and refunds is unprofessional.
